We are currently seeking a Customer Support Coordinator/ Sales Support executive to join our Sales operation team based in Fareham. You will work with our existing Sales Support team who are customer focused, results driven and have an exquisite attention to detail. 

Within a Customer Support Coordinator role at Unite Telecoms, you will be, but not limited to:

  • Act as first point of contact for our existing and new customers dealing with enquiries
  • Ensure all data in the CRM is accurate post sale
  • Accurate processing of customer contracts and orders provided by the sales team

Experience required:

  • You must have experience within administration support to a sales team with a great understanding of a back end sales process
  • You must have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
  • You must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience within working in a Customer Support role within the Telecoms industry will be an advantage

We are currently seeking multiple Senior Business Development Executives to join our Sales team based in Fareham based on the recent success of the business. You will work with our existing Sales team who are customer focused, results driven and have an exquisite attention to detail. 

Within a Customer Support Coordinator role at Unite Telecoms, you will be, but not limited to:

  • Outbound calling businesses to understand their telecoms requirements and build solutions that meet and exceed the customers business needs
  • You will be accountable for developing and maintaining an accurate forecast and qualified pipeline
  • Working towards a monthly target and be awarded financially
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Work towards quarterly targets as a team for incentives such as all-expenses paid holidays to Dubai, to weekends away to Dublin or Centre Parcs.

Experience required:

  • Experience within a new business development role
  • Previously worked within a consultative sale role
  • Experience selling VoIP systems will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to engage at Director level with customers to strategically position unite Telecoms and its offering
